Return policy

All orders are printed on demand and customised to order, we cannot accept returns in the event your customer has changed their mind or if an error has been made by you or your customer.

In this case, returns and exchanges are handled by you, the seller.

Images provided by you should be in the highest resolution possible (as detailed when ordering).  Should the image you provide be of a low resolution, the item will still be printed according to your order.  These items cannot be replaced or refunded.

Incorrect delivery address

If the incorrect address is provided at checkout and your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept any respon­­sibility.­ 

If the item is unde­­live­­rable, the order will be returned to our service centre. You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs once you provide the correct delivery address.

Faulty Items

Should an item be faulty, we ask that you let us know within three days of you receiving it.  We will advise you whether the item is replaceable or refundable.

Replacement items will take 3-5 working days to reach you from the despatch notification.

Please Note:  Items will not be refunded or replaced should any damage have been caused by you, or the item has been mis-used, or you misspelled the personalisation at the point of ordering.

Lost Items

Royal Mail

We advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 30 working days (International shipping addresses) before contacting us.

The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within this time frame. Once deemed as lost we’ll be able to work with you to resolve the problem. We require lost parcels to be reported to ourselfs within 60 days, after this time scale we can't offer a replacement


All orders shipped with DPD are fully trackable, we can chase DPD up but we recommend you contact DPD with any issues for the quickest resolution.
